The Total Mixed Ration (TMR) Feed Mixer represents a modern approach to animal feeding. TMR stands for Total Mixed Rations, which refers to a feeding technique that thoroughly combines roughage, concentrates, minerals, vitamins, and other additives to ensure herbivores receive adequate nutrition. This TMR feeding technology, supported by effective technical measures and high-performance preparation machinery, guarantees that every bite of feed is a balanced ration with a consistent ratio of concentrate to roughage and uniform nutrient concentration.
Performance characteristics:
1. Special treatment of the auger blade.
The auger blade is specially treated and coated with tungsten carbide.After the blade is installed on the spiral dragon, the blade remains horizontal, which can provide a good cutting effect and reduce cutting resistance (reduce energy consumption). The auger blade treated with tungsten carbide coating has a long service life. Ordinary blades are 600-1000h, and specially treated blades are more than 1500-2000h.
2. Two-way flow guide auger
The vertical fixed TMR is equipped with a two-way flow guide auger with a spiral shape, which enables it to stir quickly and evenly under low-power drive. The slender shape of the two-stage cylindrical auger body does not waste any space to obtain the volume capacity. The resistance to the upward movement of the feed near the center at the bottom is small. The two-piece feeding blade auger pushes the material 4 times per rotation, and the feeding is uniform and thorough.
3. Arc-shaped guide structure for lateral forward and backward movement of feed
The vertical TMR mixer is equipped with an asymmetric arc-shaped guide structure, which can guide the material to move rapidly forward and backward when mixing (forcing it to move horizontally to improve the mixing efficiency and uniformity of the feed, and there is no dead angle in the feeding).
4. TMR special reducer motor
All IMETEC vertical fixed TMRs use R series hard-toothed star-shaped special reducers. They are divided into domestic and imported optional.
5. The overall chassis beam has a long service life
